Covid-19 Update

March 30, 2020

🚨 We have adopted some changes here at Albion Park & Gerringong veterinary clinics in response to COVID-19.

We truly thank all of clients for supporting us in this time and ask if you could read the following list so that we can continue to look after you all.

🐾 The door to the clinic will remain locked. When you arrive at the clinic please call us and our receptionist can attend to your needs. If you are here for an appointment remain in your car or outside, phone us to let us know you’re here, we will then phone you when our vet is ready to see you.

🐾 Please make sure to use the hand sanitiser as soon as you enter the clinic.

🐾 Limit of one owner per pet, special allowances will be made for Euthanasia appointments. Please try and keep children at home wherever possible.

🐾 Contactless and card payments are preferred.

🐾 To speed things up for you we encourage clients to call ahead and order & pay for products over the phone.

🐾 If you are unwell, have been overseas or been in contact with anyone that is unwell please do not break your quarantine. If you have an emergency with your pet please call us and we will try to assist you as best we can.

🐾 For our more vulnerable clients or those in isolation, there is the possibility that can drop off pet food and medication if you pay over the phone.

🐾 There is no evidence at the moment to suggest you can catch COVID-19 from pets. We recommend usual hand washing hygiene after handling your pets.

🐾 We thank everyone for their patience during this time. We are trying our best to remain open and functioning as normal as possible to ensure your furry family are taken care of. This situation is ever evolving so we will keep you updated via our social media.
